Custom Aluminum Recessed Manhole Cover with Double EPDM Seals, Reinforcement Mesh and Stainless Steel Lifting Keys for Paving, Sidewalks and Floor Access
Kshine supplies customized aluminum recessed manhole covers and invisible access covers for tiled floors, pedestrian walkways, public squares, gardens and outdoor paving applications. The recessed cover structure includes extruded aluminum inner and outer frames, reinforcement mesh, double EPDM sealing strips, stainless steel screws, protective rubber caps and T-shaped lifting keys for convenient access and maintenance. Cover length, width, recess depth, frame profile, clear opening and infill requirements can be customized according to customer drawings, with new profile heights subject to extrusion die development. Manufacturing services include aluminum extrusion, precision cutting, CNC machining, drilling, assembly and surface finishing. Kshine supports OEM and ODM production of aluminum inspection covers and tile-infill access frames, with load capacity, sealing performance and installation requirements confirmed for each project.
