Kshine supplies customized 6061-T6 aluminum tubes and formed handlebar components for OEM bicycle manufacturers, covering MTB, road, city and e-bike applications. Tube diameter, wall thickness, center clamp section, grip area, rise, backsweep, upsweep and overall width can be customized according to customer drawings or samples. Manufacturing services include aluminum tube preparation, precision cutting, mandrel bending, forming, CNC machining, drilling, deburring, sandblasting and anodizing, with straight, riser and custom handlebar geometries available. Matching interfaces for stems, grips, brake levers and control clamps can also be produced according to approved assembly requirements.
