Kshine provides customized 6061-T6 aluminum LiDAR sensor housings for AGVs, AMRs, autonomous robots and industrial navigation systems. The precision-machined enclosure provides a lightweight and rigid structure for protecting optical, electronic and sensing components, while internal cavities, mounting bosses, connector openings and heat-dissipation features can be customized according to customer drawings. Manufacturing services include CNC milling, drilling, tapping, precision cutting, deburring, sandblasting and anodizing, with customized dimensions, mounting interfaces, surface finishes and component assembly available for OEM and ODM sensor projects.
