Jiangyin Xinyu Decoration Material Co.,Ltd
has developed and expanded into professional company integrated with aluminum alloy profile fabrication, manufacturing, research, project design and after sales service since establish in 1993.
The company occupies 5,000 square meters located in the Jiangyin Jiangsu Province.
We produce OEM service custom aluminum extrusion profile , industry aluminum profile , construction aluminum profile, t slot aluminum profile, heat sink aluminum extrusion profile which are widely used in auto parts, home furniture, windows and door,outdoor devices, building construction ,transportation and industry machinery system and so on
Extruding Workshop.
10 advanced imported press machines have constant speed extrusion production lines controlled by computer. The output can reach 10,000 tons annually.
Anodizing Workshop.
Color anodize adopts the most advanced single nickel salt shading system; electrophoresis line adopts Japanese technology, equipment and Japan’s hani painting.
Powder coating Workshop.
Two vertical painting lines are introduced from Nordson and ITW Gema AG, which output can reach 7,000 tons annually.
CNC machining Worshop .
Fabrication items are our company future development main stream. The current workshop has 6 cutting machines, 15 drilling machines, 10 milling machines, 10 big CNC fabrication center, it can satisfy all kinds of fabrication requirement.

Q1: Can I have a sample for testing?
A: Yes of course. For standard profiles we would like to provide our customer samples, but normally 10cm length sample. And for custom profiles, we will provide samples once its moulding finished(generally 10-20 days). If you have specified length for profiles, please let us know at begain.
Q2: Can I add my logo on the profiles or packing?
A: Yes,OEM and ODM are available for us.
But you should send us the Trademark authorization letter.
Q3: How can I do if I couldn't reach the MOQ?
A: Best price based on big quantity. For standard profiles we will not request MOQ. As well as for the first order of custom profiles, but in the second order we will request you MOQ500kg. In addition, for not commonly used standatd profiles, we will request you MOQ500kg as well.
Q4: Do you have inspection procedures for profiles?
A: 100% self-inspection before shipping.
Q5: Can we mix the 20ft container?
A: Yes,if the items are meet our MOQ.
Q6: Can I have a visit to your factory before the order?
A: Sure,welcome to visit our factory.
Our factory is near Shanghai Airport.We can pick you up in the airport.
