The whole production process is as the follwing :The raw aluminum ingots are melted into a solution in a casting furnace,Add some alloy metal to make aluminum bars,Enter aging furnace for aging,When it comes out of the furnace, it becomes an aluminum rod. Depending on the production situation, there are specific requirements for the diameter and length of the aluminum rod,The aluminum rod is put into the extruder for extrusion,The die was installed in advance in the extruder,The aluminum rod is heated during extrusion,Through the mold, the molding, the cooling, we get the shape we need.
