6061 Aluminium Raw Material Square Aluminum Block CNC Machining Parts with 4 Axis Machining
Jiangyin Xinyu Aluminum Group has investment of 1 billion RMB and total area 38000㎡ which contains 6 workshops,2 staff dormitories and 1 working building which equipped with more than 200 sets of CNC high-speed drilling center, 2 pressure extrusion machines 3300T and 6000T,2 automatic oxidation production lines,1 automatic painting workshop.
We intend to realize one-stop service from research and development to precision manufacturing for the HSR equipment and precision manufacturing of 3C structural parts. In order to achieve the high requirements in quality, efficiency and output process of the rapidly rise e-commerce industry, we innovate the production technology and integrate industrial chain integrated continuously. To realize one-stop industry chain of aluminum alloy extrusion and precision machining center, surface treatment.
The raw materials of the products are extruded by our extruded machine. The molds are made by our mold department . The products are proceeded on CNC machines. The CNC machining process must be strictly checked and placed neatly to ensure that the surface is smooth and no scratches. To make sure the goods arrive on customers's hands in safe,we must pack the products according to customers' requirement after surface treatment,such as sandblasting, grinding and anodizing.
